The Black Canyon City Water Improvement District (BCCWID) is seeking qualified professionals to join our team and help support a reliable, sustainable water system for our community.
We are currently looking for:

Grade 3 Certified Water Distribution Operator
-
Grade 1 Certified Water Treatment Operator
These roles are critical to the daily operations, maintenance, and long-term success of the District. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value public service, and are committed to ensuring safe, dependable water delivery for our residents.
What We’re Looking For:

Active Arizona certification (Grade 3 Distribution and/or Grade 1 Treatment)

Strong work ethic and accountability

Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence

Willingness to work collaboratively with District staff and leadership
