BCCWID and our new field operations team, Arizona Utility Operations (AUO), are working diligently to resolve the recent operational issues, including areas experiencing low pressure and temporary service interruptions. The repairs currently underway (excluding leaks) are not new problems, but long-overdue repairs that are finally being addressed.
Water leaks and line breaks can occur without warning, but the District now has the resources and staffing to respond quickly and make timely repairs.
I understand how frustrating it is to be without water, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
The District is undergoing significant improvement and transition. Change is never easy, but I am confident that the changes being made will strengthen operations, improve reliability, and support a more sustainable future for both the District and our community.
